A Top 10 Practice are looking for a Financial Reporting Supervisor. Their busy and fast-paced Business Services and Outsourcing team. You’ll work in a vibrant and modern office environment (although agile working has now been introduced) to hone your financialreporting skills and help to drive the development of the Financial Reporting team.
**As a Financial Reporting Supervisor, you will**:
Work on a variety of outsourcing, compliance and advisory work wilst helping to drive the development team. Working on a large variety of clients largely within the SME space.
- Produce financial statements under a range of accounting frameworks including FRS 102 and IFRS
- Take the lead on more complex projects
- Support the manager team with reviewing statutory accounting and management accounts projects
- Contribute to business development activity including supporting managers with preparing pricing for new opportunities, meeting potential clients and collaborating on the day-to-day management of the pipeline of opportunities
- Provide support to the management team on departmental issues including coaching and providing feedback to more junior members of the staff
- Ensure compliance with the stream’s policies and procedures and the firm’s risk management procedures
**As a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager, you will need**:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior role, including delivering statutory accounts preparation or audit services to large businesses
- Excellent working knowledge of FRS 102 and related financial reporting requirements
- Significant previous experience in preparing multi-entity consolidations
