Buying and Logistics Administrator

**About Aim Technologies**
Aim Technologies are world leaders in the design, development and manufacture of electronics for OEM, Motorsport, Aviation and much more. There are several areas to the business, a large online presence, trade and retail sales network, research, design and development, and a motorsport trackside team. Our retail and trade areas are mainly in sales of data logging acquisition equipment, which we supply to thousands of manufacturers, championships, race teams and end users globally.
**Responsibilities Will Include**
- Management of import and exports world-wide.
- Management of 3rd party delivery companies, and relevant paperwork and computing systems.
- Management of incoming invoicing and crediting to ensure accounts balance.
- Purchasing / order forecasting.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed and sent out in-line with order specification.
- Using computer systems to arrange product deliveries and collections.
- Excellent spelling and grammar with high attention to detail.
- Experience in managing inbound and outbound calls.
- A technical understanding of auto electronics is beneficial to this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
