An exciting opportunity due to growth to join our expanding TA team, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support the growing hiring needs of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partner with Hiring Managers**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies / driving recruitment campaigns
- **Employer Branding**: Promote Cox Automotive as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
- **Data Analysis**: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvements within the talent acquisition function and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Leading / Supporting recruitment projects**

**The individual**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a talent acquisition business partner, ideally with a focus on hiring across a diverse sector including operational roles, blue collar skilled and other corporate functions across a matrix organisation.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to deal with changing priorities
- Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
