**About the Role**:
Due to our continued growth and success, we're looking to expand our Talent Acquisition Team by bringing in a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the continuous expansion of BJSS's Central Business Services function. You'll be part of a dynamic team, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team. Your focus will be nationwide, bringing in talented professionals from across the UK who will help provide critical operational support to the business.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with experience in recruiting for general Professional Services roles and who is looking for a bit of a change by moving into a fast-paced consultancy environment. You will be engaging with multiple stakeholders who have varying requirements to meet the needs of the business. BJSS emphasises open collaboration and champions a culture where everyone works together, owning and resolving challenges as a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure our processes and practices are fit for purpose.
- Work closely with our wider recruitment team sharing best practice, knowledge, and ideas.
- Assist in co-ordination of and represent BJSS at various BJSS Meet-ups/Events.

**About You**:

- In-house and/or agency recruitment experience, with a focus on recruiting for various Professional Services roles in areas such as Marketing, Finance, IT Support, Administration, and Sales across the UK.
- Knowledge and experience of specialist sourcing tools and social media.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence at all levels and employ different styles depending on whom you are dealing with.
- A pragmatic approach to managing large workloads with multiple high priority requirements.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices.
