Housing Project Officer

**£16.12 - £18.00 per hour - dependant on experience**
**Temporary - 6 month rolling contract**
**Monday - Friday 9-5**
**Hybrid working - office in central Bristol**
Are you looking for an exciting new role starting in January?
Tate are working with a well-known local authority in their search for a Housing Project Officer to help deliver successful housing projects, policies and procedures.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Provide support to project managers and project board members in the delivery of projects and programme.
- Providing support to Enabling Managers, Project Managers and Boards through creating and maintaining up to date and accurate documentation.
- Producing programme and project reports regularly to Boards and as required to account for progress.
- Leading and commissioning project work to inform the delivery of housing projects, policies and procedures.
- Lead, plan and undertake community consultation.
- Manage and monitor progress of projects to ensure project objectives (inc. time/ cost and quality targets) agreed by the Project Board are met.
- Support managers in the Housing Delivery Team to ensure housing projects are planned and delivered effectively through:
**You will need to have experience of successful delivery of projects and prior experience of working in Housing Delivery.**
