**What you’ll be doing**

You will need a friendly and bubbly personality coupled with a positive attitude and enthusiasm in abundance to deliver a lasting impression, ensuring guests have an extraordinary experience.

Working in the contact centre, you will be the first point of contact for our customers wanting to book an extraordinary experience at one of our four Zip World sites.

The team take bookings for individuals, families, large groups, charities, children’s parties and corporate.

We offer a range of adventures, corporate facilities, as well as food and beverage.

**What you’ll need**

A customer comes first attitude, with drive and enthusiasm to achieve extraordinary customer experience.

Safety conscious, with a professional outlook

Energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to work with other colleagues in a dynamic working environment

To be able to get to site - which may mean having your own transport as some of our sites are remote without public transport links

Working as part of our contact centre team will require experience in customer service, a customer comes first attitude and basic IT skills.

You must be able to work well as part of a team and have the ability to work independently.

You will be part of a team that is energetic, enthusiastic and have a can-do attitude.
