**About you and the Role**:
As an Ecommerce Designer at Shopblocks, you will be responsible for understanding project requirements, producing high-quality design solutions, and enhancing website features using HTML, JS, and CSS. You will collaborate with team members throughout the project lifecycle, from initial client contact to launch, and will be tasked with managing project timelines efficiently. You will be a passionate creative looking to conceptualise and execute fantastic designs. You have a passion for supporting and uplifting clients through strong communication and high-impact results. You're a driven individual, unafraid to ask questions, learn new skills and engage in genuine human interaction and conversation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand project requirements and concepts.
- Produce high-quality design solutions.
- Use HTML, JS and CSS to enhance out of the box features and functionality
- Collaborate with team members from initial contact with clients to launch.
- Manage multiple projects within a high paced environment.
- Use a deep understanding of design concepts to create high-performing websites.
- Regularly communicate with clients.
- Manage time and workflow of projects; efficiently.
- Present and share ideas with the department.
- Drive self-development through ongoing research.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1+ year(s) of website design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with using the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong computing and IT skills including CSS and JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- An understanding of the latest creative/design trends.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A creative, energetic and proactive approach.
