**Local Property Agent**

Due to the incredible number of valuations being requested by our customers, we have more opportunities for you to join our busy pro-active team at Purplebricks. This role will be full time covering postcodes in the Elgin area.

As a Local Property Agent, you will be the face of Purplebricks, and be responsible for enhancing our buyer's and vendors' journey by offering knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient customer service, with an overall target of making every home move amazing

**The Job Role**:
Your responsibilities will be to carry out viewings, open houses and sell ancillary products, whilst upholding the principles and cultures of Purplebricks. You will follow up with potential buyers after viewings and take them through the offer process, manage customer relationships and customer contact post-instruction as well as identifying and converting property buyers to PB sellers.

**What do we look for in our Local Property Agents?**
- Proven customer service skills and sales experience
- Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an amazing customer experience
- An interest in the local property markets and market trends
- UK clean driving license and car
