**About this role**

This role comes about as a result of the present PA to the F&F team (who has been in the role for over 22 years) seeking to reduce hours as a move towards eventual retirement.

The role will focus on routine support in delivering subsidy claims, tenancy renewals and regular reporting on management accounts, management meetings and associated follow up work. Organising and following up on visits and associated work flowing fromthose client engagements.

**About the Team**

The team comprises 2 directors and three graduates (one of which is on placement until June ’23).

The team manages farms and estates for clients across southern counties. Our emphasis is on delivering ongoing management advice and support across a wide range of farming and rural property business.

**How you’ll make an impact**

The F&F team is a well established and high performing team within the Winchester office. It has a wide diversity of clients with a multitude of different requirements and issues that all need the support of an excellent administrator.

The role will grow as the department continues to acquire more clients and business. The support to the team is a vital element of the future success and prosperity of the department. The role will offer excellent on the job training to supplement the coretraining provided by Savills internally.

There will be immediate client engagement opportunity and occasional visits to key clients in the support role.

Good communication and organisational skills are vital to succeed as an Apprentice. You will need the ability to manage a varied workload working as part of a team while also having the ability to use your own initiative, and be passionate about deliveringthe best service possible for your team and clients.

English and Maths GCSE grade 4 and above is a mandatory requirement.

**Training**

Data Essentials Level 3. Full training and support will be given.

**Career development**

We will provide the full suite of Savills training programme including mandatory health and safety and office training.

We ensure that your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is current and that all staff are fully up-to-date with changes to legislation and business needs.
