Location: Cambridge, Chicago, Raleigh (preferred) Merative is now searching for Demand Strategist to join our team In this role. This role is on a dynamic team that works the performance marketing organization to drive success across our organization. - Required Professional Expertise: - Required Professional ExpertiseProven track record in direct or digital marketing and/or proven Project Management skills. - At least 2 years’ experience in Salesforce - 1 year developing Demand Generation programs and tactics. - Knowledge of database marketing principles, segmentation, testing and results measurement - Ability to think strategically, but willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and manage the details of marketing project execution - Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities - Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Preferred Technical and Professional Experience: - 2+ hands on experience with Marketo - 1 year experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics - 1 year experience with Adobe Experience Cloud - Meet with segment and performance leaders to identify and conceptualize campaign strategies - Devise a campaign timeline and schedule - Execute campaign effectively, on schedule and monitor effectiveness - Monitor all outlets and resources for campaign impact and progress - Provide/build campaign performance reports and some analysis - Create and optimize integrated marketing campaigns using customer data and continuous experimentation across organic, paid, earned, and owned tactics. - By joining the Demand Generation and Customer Programs team, you will work closely with Digital, Product, & Performance Marketing to drive full-funnel marketing for an exciting new brand. - It is the policy of Merative to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
