12 month fixed-term contract

A global-leading Oil and Energy engineering firm in Aberdeen is seeking an Accounts Administrator for a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a varied role which incorporates two main areas. You will supporting the team with customer billing across Europe, and other associated finance tasks. Additionally, you are also the focal point for all administrative duties associated with the mobilisationof field service technicians.

Finance Responsibilities
- Assist the Accounts Assistant with preparation and processing of Monthly Customer Billing for UK, Germany and Holland
- Complete and maintain in-house FDP (Field Deployment Platform)
- Raise Quotations
- Offshore Technician Bonus Payroll Processing
- Cover finance responsibilities for the Accounts Assistant during vacation/ absence leave when/if required.
- Assist with any finance related queries as required.

Logistics and Administration Tasks
- Issue Check in's and liaise with any logistics contacts to provide certificates or technician details
- Raise Travel and Accommodation requests for technicians via the ASC Admin Group
- Ensure that all mandatory training certifications are in date and Customer specific courses are completed prior to mobilisation to the field
- Book third party training for technicians as and when required.
- Maintain training register and monitor third party certifications in QUEST for FS Technicians.
- Order, Issue and Track PPE for technicians
- Raise purchasing requests for all Field Service Expenditure (PPE/Third Party Training etc.)
- Coding of any FS Expenditure Invoices in workflow for approval

**Requirements**:

- Strong Finance, administration and IT skills are necessary in this role.
- Ability to organise a varied and fluctuating workload and deliver concise reports on a timely basis.
- Administrative or finance qualifications would be an advantage
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
- PC skills to include all Microsoft packages for detailed reporting.
- SAP experience is desirable
- Oil & Gas/ Personnel logistics experience
- Finance Billing Experience
