Are you a passionate **Business Sales Consultant**, looking for an exciting new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a **Business Sales Consultant,** to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Glasgow, working as part of their Sales team.

The **Business Sales Consultant** would be responsible for the creation and development of new business opportunities via outbound lead generation and telesales using a consultative approach.

The company itself is a well respected and well known company who stretches their expertise nationwide. They work with some of the largest UK businesses across a variety of different industries, and pride themselves in being the ‘’bible of UK employment law’’.

**Principle Responsibilities for the Business Sales Consultant: -**
- Sourcing warm and cold leads
- Interacting with a multitude of different business sizes
- Working proactively with their BDM, booking in meetings, ensuring they are kept up to date
- Keeping client notes up to date
- Organising businesses to attend events and seminars

**Person specification: -**
- Have excellent telesales and communication skills
- Ability to work in a target based environment
- Driven by great earning potential and career progression
- Confident in speaking to many different types of people
- Have a resilient, confident and engaging personality
- Eager to learn and able to show initiative
- Be able to lead generate and think outside the box

This is a full-time permanent **Business Sales Consultant** position, working from 8:45am-5pm Mon-Fri, offering an annual salary of up to £23,000 plus annual company benefits to include a 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, and free car parking.
