**Researcher - HYBRID WORKING**

The role of Researcher is to co-ordinate customer research and drive engagement through the Joules Customer Research Community and assist the Senior Researcher in the execution of research projects.

**Day to day as a Researcher**
- Assisting the Senior Researcher with the execution and running of the Customer Research Community
- Build and maintain engagement with customers
- Moderate customer forums and feedback key themes
- Create and manage customer share backs and customer incentives - liaising with product, content, and creative teams to ensure we have a robust content calendar
- Assist the senior researcher to understand business needs and generate ideas to answer key business problems
- Create, build and test various research methodologies including surveys and polls
- Assist the Senior Research in the analysis of research projects
- Create share backs to raise visibility of the research function internally
- Conduct competitor audits
- Managing GDPR processes

**What we need you to have**:

- Graduated with a 2:1 or higher in a people centric degree (e.g. Psychology, Human Geography, Sociology)
- Previous experience in a research role (ideal) or as part of degree
- Experience of scripting surveys and writing topic guides
- Curious - seeking to understand customer behaviour and discovering the ‘why’
- Outgoing - feel at ease interacting with customers
- Confident sharing ideas
- Tech savvy
