**We Are Looking For Customer Service Executives For Our Clients Based In Belfast City Centre, We Are Conveniently Located On Great Victoria Street.**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Managing Our Inbound Customer Service Via Telephone.
- Providing A High Standard Of Customer Service To Our Customers.
- Dealing With First Time Customer Query Resolution When Possible, Dealing with Correct Escalation Procedures.
- Using And Implementing Feedback Given From Coaching And Monitoring Sessions.
- Maintaining High Standard Data Security And GDPR Regulations.
- Following Your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks.

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Somebody With A Passion For Good Customer Service for our Client.
- Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
- Punctual And Conscient.
- Good Attention To Detail.
- Managing Complaints

**Hours**:

- 40 Hours Per Week
- Monday - Friday 08:00 - 20.00
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 0800-1200

**Salary**:

- £10 P/H
- Paid fortnightly

**Requirements**:

- Full Time Availability
- Photographic ID (Passport Or Driving License)
