About the Role

We are recruiting Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our high-energy, customer-focused team. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are confident communicators, quick thinkers and excited to build a career in customer service.

All customer interactions are inbound only. No sales calls. No cold calling. Just real conversations, real support and real opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally
  • Provide solutions, information and support in a clear and friendly manner
  • Troubleshoot issues using company systems and follow established processes
  • Log customer interactions accurately
  • Work to service-level targets and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams when needed
  • Maintain a positive, reliable and service-minded approach at all times

About You

You do not need previous customer service experience. We provide all training. What matters is your attitude, communication skills and drive to succeed.
