**About the Role**
This isn’t just another call centre job. As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be helping real people with real problems — no cold calling, no pushy sales tactics. You’ll handle incoming calls, answer questions, resolve issues, and make sure every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer support
- Resolving queries with patience, professionalism, and accuracy
- Updating customer accounts and logging call outcomes
- Working collaboratively with your team to meet service goals
- Representing the brand in a friendly, helpful, and confident manner

This is **not a remote or digital marketing position** — this is a hands-on, people-first role where your voice makes the difference.
