**We are currently recruiting for 5 Inbound Advisors in Belfast for a 12 month contract**

**Job role: Inbound Advisor x 5**

**Pay rate: £10.45 p/h + uncapped monthly commission**

**Job location: Hybrid role - 1-3 days in the office, remaining days work from home.**

**Length of contract: 12 months**

**Working hours: 37 per week - 3-week rotating shift pattern**

**W1 - 8.00am to 4.30pm**

**W2 - 9.30am to 6.00pm**

**W3 - 10.00am to 6.30pm**

Department is usually open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and this later shift (11.30am to 8.00pm) may be reintroduced again in the future
- Due to continued growth, our client is currently recruiting for enthusiastic Inbound Advisors to join their Home Energy team. The contact centre is open from 08:00 - 20:00, Monday to Friday, so there's no weekend work at all

Their blended model of working from home with limited in-office time provides the colleagues with the flexibility and support to succeed in and enjoy this role. You'll be in a vibrant working atmosphere with friendly colleagues and caring, helpful leadership to support you in your development.

Additionally, the modern office in Belfast city centre is close to shops, restaurants, and a major public transport hub.

As part of the Home Energy team, you'll work on a range of different campaigns to help domestic energy customers switch to and stay with our client. In this role you will:

- Answer service only inbound customer calls
- Help customers through the energy switching process and help to retain existing customers
- Meet KPI objectives which include switching and retentions as well as other operational targets such as system input and reporting
- Support our clients ambition to provide customers with a warm, friendly and supportive experience that meets all regulatory guidelines and internal compliance procedures
- Understand our competitors pricing and activity, share market and competitor learnings with your team so that we are constantly learning and improving the experience for our customers
