**PA to MD and Events - West End £35,000 - £40,000**
We have a really super opportunity for a PA to support in an exciting boutique start up within the clean tech space. It's a fantastic team and they are looking for a great all-rounder who is happy to be onsite in the office for 5 days, although there will bea little flex around this.
We are looking for a really capable PA who is happy to handle a variety of tasks as this is a start-up business and of course that means exceptional variety
You will provide key PA support to the Managing Director including overseeing office management and administration in this boutique company and the role also includes supporting the organisation and the execution of a series of new and exciting company events.
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, coupled with excellent communication skills and budgeting skills.
You will support as a PA to the Managing Director, including overseeing office management and administration. This role also includes event arranging and logistics around them.
You will have strong organisational ability and be able to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
Role and Responsibilities
Work in close collaboration with the team to support running the business

- Prioritise work and projects in consultation with the Founder and the team, including diary management and coordination of travel and accommodation.
- Produce documents such as letters and presentations from drafts to final versions.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and other third parties.
- Proactively identify follow-up actions and draw to the attention of relevant staff.
- Become familar with company themes and verticals.
- Update CRM system.
- Assist with administration such as HR
- Assist with administration such as HR, IT, Compliance and other operational matters.
- Office Management tasks: Maintain a clean and orderly office.
- Receive office visitors and provide refreshment.
- Ensure smooth running of the reception area.
- Liaise with landlord and relevant suppliers and third parties.
- Oversee Health and Safety (including First Aid and Fire Warden).
- Ensure office security including managing staff keys and key fobs.
- Manage utilities, post, cleaning and waste.
- Liaise with couriers and ensure packages are delivered on time.
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained at the right levels.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, binding and photocopying.
- Events support and attendance at events.
- Budget maintenance including cost review, forecasting etc.
- Marketing support including drafting and posting social media posts.
- Advanced Microsoft office skills.
