**About the role**
We’re looking for a Technical Administration Assistant to join our busy Maintenance Compliance Team. This role will provide Technical Administrative support, coordination & record keeping for regulatory checks on Northumbrian Water assets.
You will be responsible for Setting up and maintaining workstream and document management structure, files and documentation and managing the collection and storage of data in line with planning and reporting processes and all relevant retention schedules.
Liaising with Maintenance Schedulers & 3rd party Contractors/ Suppliers is a large part of the role to ensure timely planning of regulatory checks, so strong communication and teamwork skills are imperative in this role.

You’ll have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, enabling you to produce clear and effective reports and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
You’ll be an excellent team player with a great focus helping the team to deliver real business results.
The ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet deadlines, in a fast-moving, reactive environment, is essential for this role.
You’ll have good office computer skills including a comprehensive knowledge of Maximo (both database structure and its capabilities for data management and reporting), Excel and Sharepoint.
