This is an exciting opportunity to join the Health, Safety & Compliance Team within the Estates, Facilities & Capital Development Directorate (EFCD), as a Compliance Assurance Co-ordinator. The postholder will be required to interrogate data systems including Estates, Facilities, Catering, Capital, and Revenue Projects to assess adherence to all compliance related tasks in those services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish a series of auditable RAG rated reports to provide up to date (and where possible live) compliance information
- Record and update the associated records in line with university guidance and current legislation
- Design and develop a series of dashboards that support EFCD, using specified reporting tools including Power Bi and Planon
- Carry out analysis and flag to senior management, any areas where compliance is not being fully achieved
- To produce a series of compliance reports for the EFCD compliance board
- Liaise with all areas of EFCD to help provide assurance that compliance is being met and is consistent across the whole directorate
- In depth knowledge and experience in using Sharepoint, Power Bi, Microsoft 365
- Good at interpreting data and projecting that in a readable form
- A good communicator, someone who can vary their style to suit the audience
- Have a proactive approach to problem solving and an ability to prioritise workloads in accordance with changeable deadlines
