**Regional Sales Manager**

**Location: South West UK**

**Salary: £40,000 a year**

**Job Type: Permanent, Remote**

**The Role**:
**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (required)
- Engineering: years (required)

**Responsibilities**:

- To lead business generation in the region
- Ownership of the Customer experience delivered
- To provide timely and professional documentation of activities and results against the agreed schedule of objectives
- To drive and deliver continuous feedback on the marketplace for the benefit of the business as a whole
- To represent the business as an ambassador and to be held in the highest regard in terms of professionalism and integrity at all times
- Systematic planning and implementation of effective (quality) and efficient (quantity) customer calls

**Skills, experience & qualifications**:

- Ideally HNC / HND / Degree qualified ideally within Engineering or Technical discipline or with relevant work experience
- Commercial acumen and a proven track record in Technical Sales within the relevant target markets of Food, Paper & Print, Materials Handling, etc.
- For this role strong experience within the packaging industry is required.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, the ability to plan and prioritise workloads
- A confident individual with excellent networking and interpersonal skills
- The ability to understand engineering issues relevant to the products and services offered
