An exciting market leading design company in Witham are recruiting a Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a full-time 6 month contract but with the potential of going permanent working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm. Paying £13.00 - £15.50 per hour depending on experience (£27,000 - £32,000 per annum).

**Your key duties in this Marketing Executive role will include but are not limited to**:

- Generate ideas focused on increasing brand awareness.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to gather inputs, create drafts, manage the review process and finalise/publish campaign work.
- Create content - written, graphical, video - for campaigns.
- Publish/schedule content across social media platforms.
- Update company websites and other digital assets when necessary.
- Refine SEO using best practices.
- Produce marketing material and customer communications.
- Create all graphical and video content.
- Support brand management work.
- Regular reporting on activity performance making use of analytics and insights.

**Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role**:

- 3+ years' experience within a similar role.
- Marketing qualification would be an advantage; but work experience will be considered as an alternative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with Adobe CC Suite - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. Premiere Pro (preferable)
- Experience with Content Management Platforms - Wordpress and Wix - preferable. Must have graphic design experience
