My well established, multi million pound t/o client is looking to recruit an SEO/SEM Specialist, with extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategy. Based on the outskirts of Telford this is an exciting role for someone is looking to develop their career.

You would be joining a digital marketing team, involved in every process of the client journey, including pitching for new work, strategy planning, budget control, campaign execution and reporting across multiple projects with a volume of different clients at any one time. You will be responsible for ensuring deadlines are met and all work is completed to a high standard. It is essential due to location you have your own transport

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of SEO for multiple clients
- Management of SEM campaigns on both Google and Microsoft
- An in-depth understanding of Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Keyword Rankings, Google and Bing Algorithms, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Compilation of monthly SM calendars and reports for ROI purposes, which may need to be presented to the client.
- Preparation and presentation of digital marketing strategy, to be presented to the client or to be used by an account manager when pitching for work.
- A strong working knowledge of - digital marketing, search engine optimisation, search engine advertising and social media.
- A passion for digital marketing.
- Highly organised, excellent strategist with exceptional communication skills with the ability to speak to all levels of staff and clients.
- A proven track record of managing digital marketing projects for a range of clients and campaigns across all channels simultaneously.
- A good working knowledge of the latest industry changes, including Google Algorithms, best practices and digital marketing software (SEMrush, SpyFu, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Tag Manager)
- At least three to five years practical experience
- Excellent computer skills.

The ideal applicant will be organised, self-motivated and able to complete projects in their entirety, within a set deadline and budget.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Witham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 1 year (preferred)
