We are actively recruiting for an Operational Support Administrator to join our friendly team at I-Fulfilment.

**A little bit abou the role**:
To manage the day-to-day interaction between the operation and the Client Services team. Be the focal point and gatekeeper for the operation and delegate tasks to the relevant team supervisor if the issues cannot be solved.

The role will also play a key part in improving the culture and the communication within the Operations and Client Services departments, this will be achieved through clear and concise communication and resolving operational issues as soon as possible, offering feedback to how things could run more smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide constant feedback to Supervisors on issues, agreeing timescales for resolution
- Daily feedback to Operations Manager on issues resolved and any outstanding issues
- Keep a record of issues, so that we can investigate any regular errors and provide resolution possibilities
- Proactively manage Blade for B2C looking at outstanding jobs ensuring that any that are at risk of missing SLA, use resource to ensure all jobs are covered where practicably possible
- Control resource of pickers and despatchers using Blade and specifically the Overview and Outbound screens
- In collaboration with the wider Operational Management team, provide an outstanding service that meets our customer commitments and where possible exceeds customer’s expectations
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for review by the wider management team and on approval manage the implementation. In particular focus on improvement to work profile efficiency and process improvement that reduces operational inefficiencies and improves pick and pack output
- Complete weekly reporting outlining performance against the agreed KPIs

- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise workload
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Can do, will do attitude
- Ability to take ownership of problems and resolve them
- Computer literate
- Work well alone, and as part of a team

**Hours**:
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am -5:30 pm, 40 hours per week
