**What you'll be doing**
As a **Strategy & Research Assistant** you will have the following accountabilities;
- Marketing Information - develop and maintain a library of high quality marketing information for the business, working in tandem with the Group marketing function
- Strategy Presentations - develop and maintain a library of internal strategy presentations (with support from the senior Business Development Team for the content). This may be for particular initiatives or for regular meetings such as Quarterly Business Reviews
- Customer Presentations - develop and maintain a library of customer presentations
Research - stay abreast of key market information (regulator, customers and competitors) to help inform our business strategy. This will involve reviewing key reports and producing summary information for the wider business
- Customer Surveys - manage the customer survey process by ensuring they are being undertaken, that actions are captured and acted upon and that a central dashboard is maintained

**Who we're looking for**
The following qualities/experience are essential:

- An interest in the construction and infrastructure sector
- Able to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) with all levels of the organisation
- Able to undertake work in high pressure situations
- Proficient on O365/Sharepoint
- Holds a current driving licence

The following qualities/experience are desirable:

- Excellent knowledge of the markets in which we operate
- Experience of working in the utilities sector
- Marketing experience or similar
- Strategy experience or similar
