**The Role**:
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team on an ad-hoc basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, including primary schools, secondary schools, and special educational needs (SEN) schools. Your responsibilities may include:

- Supporting classroom activities under the direction of the teacher.
- Providing one-on-one support to students who may need additional help.
- Assisting with the preparation and organization of learning materials.
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Have previous experience working with children or young people.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience.
- Be adaptable and able to work effectively in different educational settings.
- Hold relevant qualifications or be willing to undergo training.

**How to Apply**:

**Salary**: £65.00-£75.00 per day

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Special education: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- EWC (required)
- child enhanced DBS certificate (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Rhondda, Rhondda Cynon Taff (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Rhondda, Rhondda Cynon Taff: Relocate before starting work (required)
