Working hours 08.00am - 15.30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities
- Provide support to students in their learning and development
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and prepare instructional materials
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students who need additional support
- Support students with special needs, including those with autism or other learning disabilities
- Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively educate and engage with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Knowledge of mentoring and tutoring techniques
- Familiarity with special education practices and strategies for working with students with autism or other learning disabilities
- Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with students who may have behavioral or emotional challenges
