**About The Role**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a caring, compassionate and talented Service Leader working across our services in Chester and the Wirral. This is a great opening to make a real difference to the lives of others and gain great development.
This position covers multiple services supporting people with a range of needs including, mental health, learning disabilities and autism. The services are a combination of supported living houses and outreach packages. Experience in this is essential.
As a skilled leader you will be responsible for the overall supervision, quality assurance, monitoring, regulatory requirements and day to day management of staff. The responsibilities for this role are centred on the delivery, quality, financial stability and the on-going development of the service.
**About You**:
Effective communication, leadership and coaching skills are important as you will be responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
You will also be committed to person centred planning and positive risk taking. It is essential you are a driver with a full license.
It is also important that you share our company values which are at the heart of everything we do and ensure that we deliver high quality, consistent care and support.
