**Practice Leader in Specialist Care**

Autism Together is looking to recruit two Practice Leaders for a new specialist service working with individuals with complex autistic needs.

The postholder will support the Deputy Manager to deliver a person-centric service and deliver innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People. The role involves first-line leadership to our care heroes to achieve lifelong careers with the charity.

**What you will be doing**
- Meet the aims and objectives of the organisation under the direction of the Deputy Manager.
- Lead a team of support workers to establish and maintain a high standard of care practice within the Residential Services.
- Ensure an effective, responsive, caring and safe service for the individuals we support.
- Actively promote an autism-specific culture through effective work practices.
- Deputise in the absence of the Residential Deputy Manager.

Within our Residential Services, our core hours are 8pm to 8am.
