Our busy salon's now require a part-time Front of house/Receptionist to join our team.

We are a fast paced salon that requires someone who can keep up with our clients demands and how quickly the salon moves -Monday - Every other week 8.30am - 6pm

Thursdays & Saturdays

Starting times are between 8am & 9am depending what shift you are on.

Finishing times are between 5pm & 6.15pm depending what shift you are on.

Thursday's are a late night where you will finish at 7.45pm, please note you will also start later this day at 10.30am.

Rota's are provided usually 2 weeks in advance so you will know what shifts you are on and which salon you are working in for that week.

You must be able to work and travel to all 3 salon locations. Cirencester, Gloucester & Cheltenham

Starting salary is shown above, this will increase after experience is gained

Overtime may become available.

The first 3 months of your training will commence in our Cheltenham, Gloucester & Cirencester salon, depending which salon your trainer is required to be at but the majority of your training will take place at our Gloucester salon.

Main duties are -* Administration and banking
- Excellent phone manner for dealing with bookings and queries
- Working mostly with a computer based software including word and excel

dealing with clients and their needs such as taking bills and booking appointments

keeping reception area clean and stocked up including all product shelves

** MUST **be able to work in our Gloucester, Cirencester & Cheltenham salons
- Opening and closing of the salons (key holder)
- Working closely with all stylists to ensure all columns run smoothly
- Ensuring all clients have an enjoyable experience from the minute they arrive to when they leave
- Confident in dealing with any issues that may arise and be able to deal with any complaints kindly and promptly
- Follow all policies and procedures put in place by management to ensure our reception area runs smoothly at all times
- Meeting and greeting all clients with a friendly smile and persona
- Our front of house must be immaculate at all times including hair and makeup
- Report to your Front of house manager regularly and keep the, up to date at all times

I must stress this is a high pressured role which requires multi tasking, high levels of concentration, long periods of time standing and working closely with a team.

Experience in reception or salon based work is preferred

3 months of training will be provided by our most senior receptionist.

There may be opportunities to take on extra roles as your employment with us progresses
