We are looking for a self-motivated person to add to our important administration and customer services team. Our products and services are wide and varied so a good level of written and numerical understanding is needed to perform given tasks in a set timeframe.

You must be a great communicator with excellent levels of verbal and written communication skills and a strong attention to detail to ensure everything follows best practice and business policies and procedures.
- Making outbound customer service calls.
- Monitoring multiple Outlook inboxes include Amazon and Ebay accounts.
- Advise customers on product specification and pricing, upselling where possible.
- Process equipment orders that have been confirmed following strict company procedures.
- Accurately and efficiently update customer information into our in-house system.
- Following set out processes. Other administrative duties that the management team deem essential and within capability

**Essential requirements**:
Knowledge of Outlook
Knowledge of MS Packages
Computer literate
Holiday - 20 days per year plus bank holidays

The position is office based working business hours Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £18,600.00-£20,000.00 per year
