We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative, based in our Cannock office.

**What you’ll do**:
- Act as the principle point of contact for Aggreko’s customers
- Manage all internal touchpoints during the lifecycle of the rental
- Collaborate with the sales and Operations teams to ensure a successful customer experience
- Meet the expectations and requirements of the customers
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect
- Handle incoming customers calls to address equipment, service or contract queries
- Manage customer credit limits and payment expectations
**You’ll have the following skills and experience**:
- Experience in a customer service or account management role is essential
- Background in rentals, construction, or civils industries is beneficial
- Experience using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce) is highly advantageous, but training can be provided
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to gather information from customers and offer suitable product and service solutions
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
- Collaborative working style across wider teams
- Ability to solve problems and think outside the box
