- To join a luxury logistics company based in North West London
**About Our Client**:
A global luxury logistics organisation with offices based in North West London. My client has grown quickly and is looking to continue growing and is growing the HR Advisor team.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, screening, probation monitoring (in conjunction with managers), absence management, promotions, pay reviews, grievances and disciplinaries, benefits, and leaver administration including exit interviews
- Updating and utilising the HRIS Sage People; maintaining employee records and archiving employee data in line with company policyUpdating company policies and assisting with ensuring they are legally compliantAssist payroll department by providing relevant employee information when required e.g. absences, benefits, family leave and ensuring any employment changes are recorded promptly and accurately on Sage PeopleAssisting with employee benefits programme, and reward and recognition administrationLiaise with internal recruitment team on recruitment campaigns, shortlisting, and interviews within dedicated business areas
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful HR Advisor will have previously:
- Worked within a HR team previously and have a good understanding of the employee lifecycle
- CIPD qualified would be desirable
- Have excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Previously used a HRIS system
**What's on Offer**:
The successful HR Advisor can expect a salary between £34-38,000 plus benefits
