If so then we would love to hear from you. We are currently recruiting for aPayroll Administrator to join our friendly HR & Payroll team based in Colwick.
As the Payroll Administrator you will play a key role in the processing of payroll for our monthly and weekly paid employees, circa 1700, and will be working in partnership with the wider payroll, HR and finance teams.
Communication skills are essential as you will be responsible for liaising with the HR team and department managers to gather payroll information, in order to process starters and leavers, payroll reconciliation and BACS processing. It is also a requirementof the role to handle employee payroll queries, overpayments and correspondence.
As our business expands there will also be the opportunity to get involved in bringing employees onto the payroll system and other exciting payroll projects.
**Experience Required**
- Detailed knowledge of payroll procedures and calculations
- Knowledge of GDPR
- 3rd Party payments
- RTI, FPS and EPS
- Pensions including auto enrolment
- PAYE; reports; payslips; P45s; P46s; Starter Checklists
- Processing of statutory payments such as SSP; SMP; SPP; and all other statutory payments that may arise
- Expenses payments
- Good IT skills/knowledge (Excel)
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Flexible and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- The ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Experience of using Zellis (Northgate, Resource Link) Payroll System - Desirable
- CIPP Qualification - Desirable
