**Apollo Home Healthcare** is a growing provider of specialist complex care in the community looking after children and adults with life limiting conditions and needs. Our service allows individuals with complex needs to be at home, living thelife they want to live, and achieving outcomes and goals like any other.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced individual with strong sales, commercial, operational, and business development experience within the healthcare sector. The role will play a key part in building and developing relationships with CCG’s to generatereferrals, as well as ensuring the safe and effective implementation of complex care packages. The position will form part of our Commercial Team.
**The role will include**:
- Carry out structured business development across East the South-East to generate new package referrals.
- Attending meetings with CCG’s, families and members of the multidisciplinary teams.
- Completion of quotes, submissions and tender documentation to facilitate new business.
- Working closely with operational hubs to ensure the safe implementation of packages of care. Ensuring recruitment, commercial and operational tasks support the new package are being delivered safely.
- Reviewing and setting rates for new business in conjunction with offices and finance
- Awareness and Input into local contractual reports.
- Contribution to marketing campaigns to generate new business
- Ensuring business pipeline is reported on and kept up to date
- Working closely with clinical, quality and operational teams.

- Have previous experience within healthcare **ideally complex care** within a similar role.
- Have proven commercial, sales and business development experience.
- Evidence of forging strong business relationships with commissioners, CCG’s and Local Authorities.
- Be driven, determined and hardworking
- Have strong organisational skills to manage a varied and challenging workload.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Salary and Benefits**
- Salary £40k-£45k basic Plus Car Allowance (£4,800)
- Quarterly Bonus based on new business GM
- 25 days annual leave
