About the CompanyOur Client are a market leader in solar solutions and are looking for someone dynamic and results driven to drive a solar safety solutions product forward across the residential and commercial solar industries.About the RoleThe Senior Business Development Manager will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the UKIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across residential and commercial solar sectorsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including installers, distributors, wholesalers, trade associations, and insurance providersCollaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with company objectivesProvide market insights and feedback to inform product development and marketing campaignsMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to support strategic planningDeliver quarterly sales reports, updates, and performance analysisRequired SkillsProactive, self-motivated, and results-driven sales professionalStrong background in closing partnership deals experience within the solar sectorAble to work independently and collaboratively within a teamExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of the solar energy marketExperience working with distributors and wholesalers across multiple countries is advantageousPay range and compensation packageCompetitive Salary, bonus, company car plus benefits.Equal Opportunity StatementOur Client is committed to diversity and inclusivity.
