As a Regional Support Manager, you’ll take enormous pride in your staff, your home and your plans for the future. You’ll set the tone and agenda for the home’s success. **About the role**
You will work closely with the operations team providing support to our portfolio of homes. This role could involve supporting a home without a manager or proactively troubleshooting and making improvements around quality, occupancy and growth. You willbe an experienced care home manager and have experience of working closely with CQC and have an eye for detail to continuously improve the standards within a home. You will be passionate and motivated and want to make a difference wherever you are supporting
At Caring Homes, we have over 60 care homes across the UK. A high percentage of our homes are in the South (Surrey, Oxford, Berkshire, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Kent, Wiltshire, Hampshire, London, Sussex) although we do have homes in Scotland, Isle of Manand Jersey, so you must be happy to travel within 2 hours of your home location and be open to staying overnight where necessary.
This is a pivotal role where your actions and decisions will make a huge difference to residents and their families. Your motivational skills will help every member of your staff to develop in their role and beyond. Your relationship skills will build strongand trusted connections with your Regional and Operations Directors and CQC. And your management skills, together with responsibility for P&L and EBITDA, will ensure strong return for the wider business for your hard work.
