Deputy Regional Business Manager

Location: Remote with travel across London and the South

The Deputy Regional Business Manager role sits within the Regional Support Functions in order to provide consistency and support to the Regional Business Manager within the given region.

Key Responsibilities

The Deputy Regional Business Manager, reporting to the Regional Business Manager, will be accountable for delivering training and support the home administrators in key areas of their role, in accordance with the business’ needs within the region and asadvised by the RBM.

They will ensure their teams are delivering high quality support services to the operations regional team, residents, relatives, and Colchester based support functions to ensure that:

- Home administrators are supported and coached to deliver appropriate compliance of business systems as set out by RBSAs
- Potential areas of non-compliance identified by either Regional Business Manager (RBM) or RBSAs are corrected.
- The DRBM will support the RBM to ensure all new Business Administrators are inducted and on-boarded appropriately.
- In the absence of RBM, Home Managers (HM) will be given support in recruitment to ensure that Business Administrators are recruited with appropriate skill sets
- The Deputy Regional Business Manager (DRBM) will agree support and follow-up of home administration issues with the RBM on a regular basis.
- The DRBM will work with the RBM, and HMs to ensure that the Business Administrators are improving the home compliance and achieving their KPIs
- They will attend the regular Home Business Administrator team meetings, organised by the RBM, to share best practice, provide training and development and ensure consistent working practices across all homes.
