Our client is looking for a IT support Engineer with expreince in manufacturing plant unit. This is a FTE role in Dublin, Ireland.

**Skill -**MANUFACTURING-PLANT-IT-SUPPORT
**Experience**:

- 3-6 Years
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Site IT support, incident management.
- Assist Client SPOC with Reliability Calls for high priority tickets (P1/P2) investigation and resolution.
- Assist Wireless support team (Specifically for RF Device Handhelds) deployment and troubleshooting.
- Assist the site with their Pick To Light System by assisting with troubleshooting system errors/issues.
- Helps local hardware support team with checking JDE printers in JDE system.
- Should be conversant with ITIL process (Service/Asset management).
- Worked in pharma/manufacturing plant is added advantage
