Putting our clients at the heart of everything you do, you'll create campaigns that will break the boundaries of traditional recruitment methods, supporting our teams in fulfilling high demand for talent across Ireland.

**The Role**:
Working as an extension of the businesses we support your day-to-day role will include planning, designing, and administering engaging and thought-provoking content. You'll play a key part in delivering against our client requirements by creating campaignsat the cutting edge of recruitment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Think outside the box. Come up with ideas that'll set us apart from our competitors.
- Create and schedule fun and engaging content to increase our brand awareness - Gifs, static images, surveys, videos, infographics, blog posts the sky's the limit
- Support our organic Digital and Social Media platforms strategy with regular, scroll stopping posts.
- Create website content
- Write beautiful copy to demonstrate the specialist knowledge of our recruitment team and the larger business.
- Work alongside the UK Marketing Team to tailor current and new B2B / B2C campaigns for both the British and Irish markets
- Be part of a group of people passionate about doing recruitment how the world needs it, not just how it has always been.
- Support internal teams recruiting for our high profile clients.
- Design and execute Talent Attraction plans based around specific skill and location requirements.
- Administer Paid Media campaigns in line with the above.
- Administer programmatic campaigns in line with the above.

- Marketing for lead generation
- An ability to work on and run multiple campaigns
- A desire to manage data and actively create opportunities for the business through proactive marketing activities
