As a CRO Manager, you will be supporting across multiple products and territories, managing the CRO strategy across the group, whilst leading the global vision for testing and personalisation.

**What will you be doing?**
- Own and develop the customer journey - through analysis and insight you will be building a holistic view of the customers behaviors and constantly looking for areas to improve the digital journey
- Manage the end-to-end optimization roadmap and strategy - planning, implementing, prioritization and measurement
- Running and measuring A/B tests, always identifying areas of opportunity
- Working in collaboration with a variety of teams - UX, content, development, digital acquisition
- Leading and developing a CRO Executive

**What experience do you need?**
- Experience working in a Conversion Rate Optimisation role, or Acquisition Marketingexperience with a solid understanding of CRO and testing
- Passionate, with an excellent understanding of customer journeys and digital acquisition
- Advanced user of Google Analytics, and ideally GTM knowledge
- Experience using testing tools such as Optimize or similar
- Proven experience of running large testing programs
- Be commercially savvy, always having ROI in the front of your mind
