**Job Purpose**

The role of CRO Executive is really important to us. You will be responsible for optimizing the company's lead generation and conversion strategy. With emerging digital and marketing trends, this is one of the crucial roles within marketing teams across our group.

We would love to welcome you to our **Crewe** office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Streamlined and effective user journeys across the content mix including the website conversion funnels on landing pages
- Understand our existing relationships across sales and marketing teams to make informed decisions for development of customer data capture forms
- Work across our website portfolio to leverage website traffic for a positive impact on the company’s bottom line
- Analyse our website and marketing assets within the funnel to optimise our ROAS and improve our CPL
- Master Google Analytics and see trends and marketing insights that nobody else does
- Expertly manage software such as Microsoft Excel for deep level understanding of data management to help with data visualisation methods.
- Facilitate improvements in conversion rate across all the digital channels. Maximise progressive data quality to drive improvements to customer & commercial KPIs.
- Working with our Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement a conversion roadmap.

***What do we expect of you?**
- Testing and updating elements of our portfolio of group websites to maximize the percentage of site visitors who take actions that lead to them becoming customers.
- A technically minded analyst who lives and breathes reporting spreadsheet optimisation and demonstrates a clear understanding of UX/UI user journeys across a wide range of our online channels.
- Someone who is passionate about conversion results on an organisation’s websites and be able to deliver a clear understanding of the most effective page layouts, content blueprints and define the best practices for optimum performance.
- Working closely with search analytics, development, content writing & design functions to identify and prioritise areas for continuous improvement.
