**Role Requirements**
- Membership of a professionally recognised project organisation such as ICE or APM
- Good leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, facilitate and create opportunities for learning for others.
- Knowledge of sub-surface utilities installation strongly desirable with excavation, temporary works and pipeline installation.
- Experience in the delivery of infrastructure projects in a live operational environment is advantageous.
