**What will you be doing as a Transport Supervisor?**
- Overseeing a small team of warehouse loaders
- Daily reporting to both the warehouse and transport management systems
- Ensuring high standards are met in line with Ikea’s quality processes
- Responsible for loading standards and ensuring vehicles are safe and secure to avoid damage during transit
- Ensure Safe Systems of Work processes are followed in the line with site Health and Safety regulations

**Relevant skills and experience as a Transport Supervisor**:

- Previous experience in supervisory role within warehousing or transport is **desirable**:

- LLOP/Counter Balance/Reach Truck/PPT Licenses are **desirable**:

- Strong IT skills including MS Office and the ability to use the warehouse and transport management systems
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Positive and flexible approach
- Able to work on own initiative and comfortable in working to deadlines
- Physically able to assist in the movement of goods which may include bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and lifting in line with Health and Safety regulations
