We are looking for an energetic team-player to join us as our A-OK9 Operations Coordinator. This might be the job for you if you are:

The A-OK9 team are fast-moving and dynamic, and constantly have new and exciting projects on-the-go. The Operations Coordinator role will include:

- Co-ordination and monitoring of projects and other relevant administration.
- Coordinating project plans for launches, events, and products.
- Sourcing new products and liaising with suppliers to get the best value on services.
- Communicating with the team to ensure they have what they need in order to complete their project tasks.
- Swiftly communicating potential struggles and challenges with the Directors and helping to come up with solutions.

**Essential Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with using Social Media in any capacity (personal/work)
- 2 years experience of working in an coordination role

**Desirable Skills**:

- Ecommerce experience
- Marketing experience
- Project management experience
- Operations experience

**This role can be remote (ideally based in the South West) or office based at our location just outside of Okehampton, Devon.**

Pay starting at £25,000 per annum.
