You'll be joining our
Highways
team, as the UK's number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What will you be doing?
Responsible for accurate data entry into on‑site devices and systems to ensure reliable job records.
Use a strimmer to cut back grips and clear vegetation, maintaining neat, safe perimeters.
Carry out hedge cutting and finishing to company standards, ensuring tidy, long‑lasting results.
Coordinate work with digger operators and other plant to ensure safe, efficient task sequencing.
Operate company vans responsibly, performing routine checks and maintaining transport documentation.
Plan and adjust daily routes for efficient task completion and on‑time service delivery.
Rotate between duties as required to cover other jobs and keep all teams operational.
What You'll Bring
- Experienced van driver — safe vehicle operation, load securing and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Proficient with handheld landscaping equipment.
- 12D or Sign Light Qualification
- Practical experience working on roads and highway works, adhering to site health & safety procedures.
- Strong route-planning and navigation skills; reliable team player who coordinates effectively to meet schedules
