**About us**
Ringwood Hall Hotel & Spa is a 72 bedroomed, 4 star hotel, set in 29 acres of landscaped gardens and parkland. The hotel boasts a large number of weddings, functions and events, along with having a successful & popular spa.

**Are you a night owl?**
We are looking for a hard-working team member to join our nights team, and deliver night after night for our guests. The role of Night Porter is a fundamental and important role in the hotel operation. This varied role will suit someone who wants to keep busy, enjoys a challenge and someone who's keen to ensure high standards are delivered.

If you are hard-working and can multi-task,. whilst remaining calm and committed to fulfilling the task ahead...then this role is for you. We are also looking for someone with a personality, who can still provide a great level of customer service to our guests. Whilst previous experience would be a bonus - the right attitude and basic computer skills are a must, as full training will be provided.

As a Night Porter, you will ultimately be responsible for the safety and security of our guests as they sleep and lone working will be involved

**Your role**:

- Checking in late arrivals and welcoming guests to Ringwood Hall
- Clearing down function rooms and resetting where required
- Cleaning public areas ahead of the next day
- Arranging/conducting wake up calls
- Checking the security of the building
- Setting up and assisting breakfast
- Stocking up the bars and function areas
- General duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
