Hotel Receptionist

**Ringwood Hall Hotel & Spa** is a 72 bedroomed hotel, situated on the outskirts of Chesterfield, set within 29 acres of parkland and formal gardens. With the hotel being located close to the Peak District; and the M1 motorway, we have a varied mix of guests from those using the hotel as a base with work, or a leisure stay whilst exploring the local attractions.

We are proud of our **Garden Secret Spa**, having received a 5 bubble rating, our newly refurbished **Coach House Restaurant** and a variety of banqueting suites, including our Garden Marquee. The hotel hosts in excess of 100 weddings per annum, over 50 conferences and a range of other special events, along with ticketed sales for our in-house events calendar.

We are looking a motivated, dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as one of our **Hotel Receptionists.**

As this is a varied role, we are looking for someone with excellent personable skills, great customers service and someone who will give our guests 'the best welcome'.

Our guests are the most important aspect of our business, and we require a competent colleague to join this key department.

**Daily will include**:

- Checking in and checking out guests
- Answering of the phone and directing calls to the appropriate department
- Handling of reservation enquiries and bookings for both bedrooms, spa and the hotel restaurants
- Processing payments
- Working as part of a team
- Supporting other departments
- Cash handling
- Good housekeeping in the reception
- Good time keeping and reliability
- Competent housekeeping skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
