**24|7 Home Rescue - Claims Advisor** **Parkhill Business Centre BB12 6TG** **Salary: Up to £20,000 (Dependant on experience)** We are a family orientated rapidly expanding home emergency, appliance and boiler breakdown cover provider. We are looking for highly motivated call centre operatives to join our claims team as a claim’s advisor. Successful applicants will work in a busy inbound call centre environment receiving calls from customers, dealing with their requests and processing their claims. The claims advisor role is based at our head office in Padiham. You will be in an open-plan office and will have your own workstation. Office hours for claims advisor staff vary working on a rota pattern - Monday to Friday and one alternate weekend per month (35 hours per week). **Roles and Responsibilities of a Claims Advisor**: - Dealing with inbound calls from customers and engineers - Liaising with engineers - Handling claims in a professional manner - Handling queries from customers and engineers - Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction **Skill Requirements for Claims Advisor**: - Good interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal - Able to work well in a team - Working well under pressure (during busy periods) - Good attention to detail **Benefits of Working as a Claims Advisor**: - 20 days holiday plus bank holidays - Birthday holiday (extra day off) - Company pension - Excellent working environment - Recommend a friend scheme - Staff incentives - Social events and company fun events including hosted BBQ’s - On-site parking - Progression within the company **Training to be a Claims Advisor**: Full claims advisor training will be provided by our training team.
