**Unqualified Learning Support Assistant for SEN**

Q - Are you looking to gain further experience in a school-based environment and help improve the learning experience of young people?

EdEx are working with a 'Good', modern Secondary School based in Hall Green, Birmingham. The Headteacher is keen to hire an **Unqualified Learning Support Assistant for SEN**to support young people with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SpLD, SEMH needs and more.

**Unqualified Learning Support Assistant for SEN- Job Description**
- Working in an 'Good' Secondary School
- Based in Hall Green, Birmingham
- Supporting children with SEND/SEMH needs 1:1 and in small groups
- January 2025 start
- 30am - 4pm
- Monday - Friday only
- Term-Time, Long-Term and Full-Time position
- £105 - £110 per day
- Working across KS3, KS4 and KS5
- Monitoring the progress of pupils and assisting children of various ages and abilities

**The Ideal Unqualified Learning Support Assistant for SEN**
- A graduate with strong academics across the board - GCSEs, A-Levels and Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous school-based experience working with students with SEN
- A drive to inspire the younger generation and make a difference
